My Purpose Statements

Personal Vision Statement

To be an authentic person in Christ, who lives to give glory to God through the building up of God's Kingdom, living passionately to restore and transform all people and institutions around me.

"Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God—this is your spiritual act of worship. Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind." Romans 12:1-2 NIV

Personal Mission Statements

1.	To explore and embrace the devoted life in Christ.
2.	To pursue and promote the Kingdom of God in all areas of life.
3.	To engage in the praxis of knowing how "to do the things Jesus would do, if He were me in the here and now."
4.	To live an authentic, vibrant, personal faith in all sectors of life: family, work, and church.
5.	To pursue and express my vocation as an "out-ward" and primary expression of my calling in life.
6.	To be faithful, passionate, and committed to my God-given giftedness, talents, and calling.
7.	To serve others, faithfully, with a humble spirit, and with unconditional love.

7.	I will always seek to develop my mind and heart through additional education, experiences, and independent reading.
