The Post-post Modern World of Unipolarism

At its core the Post-Modernist movement was a period of time needed to resolve, and make sense of, the radical loss of cultural homogeneity associated with full-throttled Globalism, facilitated by viral capitalism, validated by societal institutions and promoted by the omnipresent media complex throughout the world.

We are now in a Post-Post Modern World... Of "Pan-Unipolarism."

Currently, there is a dynamic cultural metamorphosis, of an extrinsic, coercive, institutional, socio-political:  "pan-unipolarism" ** on the one hand, and an intrinsic, permissive, free-falling praxis of individualistic "expressive utilitarianism" *** on the other.

Metaphorically, Pan-unipolarism is the boat and expressive utilitarianism is the hook...

** Unipolarism:

Of, or concerned with, having a single magnetic pole as a source for orientation

*** Expressive individualism:

A form of individualism that arose in opposition to utilitarian individualism (which see). Expressive individualism holds that each person has a unique core of feeling and intuition that should unfold or be expressed if individuality is to be realized.... Under certain conditions, the expressive individualist may find it possible through intuitive feeling to "merge" with other persons, with nature, or with the cosmos as a whole.
